June 2007

FPOC Multicultural Fair

On June 14, 2007, 11AM - 1:30PM, the Forum for People Of Color (FPOC) held their Annual Multicultural Fair.

Proceeds from the annual event were donated to 2 charitable organizations operating within Sacramento County. This year Meals on Wheels was one recipient of FPOC's generosity.

The event was held at the southern entrance of the County Administration Building. There was entertainment, food and vendors representing the cultural diversity of Sacramento.

Event Organized By The Poker Night Posse With ALL Proceeds Going To Meals On Wheels.

The 3rd annual Meals on Wheels charity Poker event was a great success. Players and guests had a great time. The Music was a treat for the ears and the food kept everyone energized.

THANK YOU to all of the members of the Poker Night Posse for working so hard to make this a successful event and to everyone attending that day.

This year's event raised more than $3800 to help feed homebound seniors! Hope to see you at next years tournament.
